Windows Server 2008 R2：
安装下面软件：
Windows Server 2008 R2 Service Pack1
.NET Framework4.5
Windows PowerShell3.0
Platform update for Wondows 7 SP1 and Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1(KB2670838)
用Administrator打开Windows Powershell，按顺序执行下面脚本安装必要的roles和services：
Import-Module ServerManager
Add-WindowsFeature Web-Server,Web-WebServer,Web-Common-Http,Web-Static-Content,Web-App-Dev,Web-Asp-Net,Web-Net-Ext,Web-ISAPI-Ext,Web-ISAPI-Filter,Web-Includes,Web-Security,Web-Windows-Auth,Web-Filtering,Web-Stat-Compression,Web-Dyn-Compression,Web-Mgmt-Console,Ink-Handwriting,IH-Ink-Support,NET-Framework,NET-Framework-Core,NET-HTTP-Activation,NET-Non-HTTP-Activ,NET-Win-CFAC
Windows Server2012：
用Administrator打开Windows Powershell，执行下面脚本安装必要的roles和services：

安装Office Web App Server2013
到微软网站中下载Office Web Apps Server 2013安装文件，并进行安装。
使用HTTP部署Single- Server Office Web App
创建Office Web App Farm
使用New-OfficeWebAppsFarm脚本新建Office Web App farm。
New-OfficeWebAppsFarm –InternalURL“http://servername” –AllowHttp –EditingEnabled
其中，http://servername中Server填写OWA Server的机器全名。
在Office Web App Server中确认是否创建成功，输入地址：
http://servername/hosting/discovery
创建成功打开效果：
为SharePoint2013配置Office Web App2013
在SharePoint环境中用Administrator打开SharePoint 2013 Management Shell，执行下面命令：
New-SPWOPIBinding -ServerName<WacServerName> -AllowHTTP
其中，WacServerName填写Office Web App Server的全名。
到此在SharePoint2013中就可以使用Office Web App的功能，我们可以使用非System Account用户登录SiteCollection，在Library中新建或者点击file进行preview。
